Randomness and some Gif's

Another round of random thoughts floating around inside my head! :)

~It sucks to get diagnosed with gestational diabetes. It sucks even more to get said diagnosis during Girl Scout Cookie season #gimmecookies
~When you know your coworker isn't going to do the things she says she will, and it will later be something that impacts you, it's freaking annoying. I have a teacher who made goals for a kid, and I know they won't be implemented how they should be, and I know a year from now (or less) when the kid doesn't make progress, I can't say "well _____ didn't implement those goals correctly". They will just say "now you do it." #no
~I've been trying my best to get ahead of things for the end of the school year so I'm not leaving a ton for the people who cover my maternity leave. But every time I finish testing a kid and writing their report, I seem to get 2-3 more referrals. GIVE ME A BREAK PLEASE! #igiveup

~I'm nervous that once I have our baby, I won't have any time to read anymore #booknerdproblems
~How I felt when the my OB said "well you're all bump and super tiny everywhere else..." at my recent appointment

~I was asking a Kindergarten student if he'd gotten a haircut recently and he said yes, and then the other boy in our group piped up and said "I'm short in the head too!" lol

~When I learned about all of the carbs I have to limit (and all of the things I was eating that unknowingly had carbs) and then they told us we can have cheese, but to limit it because of the fat, I literally scoffed. You're gonna take away carbs and sweets and then limit a preggo on her cheese? Ohhhhhhh no you're not! Baby needs calcium anyway

Ok, so apparently most of the thoughts in my head are related to pregnancy (shocker, I know), but I tried to sprinkle in some other thoughts too so you're not bored of my preggo talk! :)
Happy Thursday!

  1. LOL "I'm short in the head too" Bahahaha! That seriously had me cracking up! And you really are all bump girl! If I saw you from behind I wouldn't even know you were pregnant, you look great! And I'd be so mad if someone limited my cheese, you can take away everything but my cheese! At least you're in the home stretch! <3, Pamela Sequins & Sea Breezes

  3. I was super bummed when my reading went to basically zero after baby. I am just now getting to a point where I can occasionally read after he goes to sleep at 15 months old. Hopefully you will have a peaceful little sleeper and you will have some spare time to read :)

  4. The family I work for is a cookie house, so that means there are cases and cases of Girl Scout cookies everywhere. And it is killing me bc I'm trying to be good, haha.

  6. No you can't take away cookies from a pregnant woman and then tell her to cool it on the cheese! That just isn't right!

I love your gif they are always so perfect! haha

  8. You are the cutest all bump and skinny all over cutie! :) As far as the reading thing -- I read a lot when I would nurse Sofia. Between rocking her (or laying in bed and nursing), I was able to read more than I thought I would. That being said, I don't know if you read on a kindle or an iPad but it might be easier to hold than a proper book! xo

  9. Lol not surprising about your thoughts relating to pregnancy, but you are totally all bump so that's definitely a great thing!! Ugh they should know not to send referrals to you if you are gonna be on leave!

  10. I totally gave up all desserts (cake, candy, cookies, ice cream) during the week for Lent so I'll be right there with you on the no sweets train! It just started yesterday and I'm already wondering what the heck I was thinking!! As a matter of fact, normally when I do my daily blog reading I have a handful of dark choco M&Ms to accompany me, but today - nothing. WAAAAHHHH!

  11. I m currently avoiding the girl scout cookies in my pantry and I want them sooo bad! Low carbing isn't so bad, but a girl needs her cheese! All bump is so great! It still is baffling how you have GD. Happy almost Friday!

  20. Ahh Girl scout Cookie Season is not the best time for this to happen!! lol I've already bought a few boxes. That's awesome the Doc said you're all bump and tiny otherwise as I'm sure many women aren't able to do that. Pregnancy looks great on you!

  21. Oh no! I'm so sorry about the diabetes! That SUCKS!!! I'm thankful I passed but one of my close friends who is due a week before me didn't and I see how frustrating it can be!!!

  22. Ugh big boo to the GD, I'm so sorry you have to deal with that... and annoying co-workers (the worst!) But you are so tiny every where and all bump!

  23. Haha I say eat all the cheese. I know I did. I didn't even think about Girl Scout cookies and gestational diabetes. So not cool. I am so sorry. I would say buy a box and put them in the freezer for when you breastfeed (if you do) and need a little snack. I hate co-workers who don't do what they say they will. Ugh.
