It's a Girl!

You may have noticed that I've been a little MIA in blog land, and that's because....

our little Ella arrived early, on Sunday April 30th in the morning!
Today, May 9th, is actually her due date, which is crazy because we've already had her with us for 9 days, and we've already gotten to know and love this little girl so well, it's hard to imagine life without her. It still feels so surreal that she's actually here, and that she's ours. I find myself staring at her wondering how we got so lucky. And gosh was she worth the wait!

I'll share her birth story in a bit--it's kind of an entertaining lead up to our arrival at the hospital, but for now, I'm just gonna share a couple of pics from the day that our lives changed forever.
