Hmm I just realized that that title sounds more serious than this post is about, but I realized last week that something is going wrong with the background of my blog--those cute grey and white stripes have been replaced by an ugly message saying that the photo isn't available anymore?
Does anyone have blog experience with this? I'm still running on the blogger platform and was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this? If so, please reach out to me because I'm at a loss.
And I don't really have a ton of free time to screw around with it as of now.
Thanks in advance!!
I'm viewing the web version from my iPhone and I don't see that. Not sure if that's good or bad. But I had something like that happen to me before and the easiest thing was to email the blog designer. I'm not much help, I know. :(
ReplyDeleteI see that! I was thinking maybe it was my computer? So odd! Wish I knew how to fix it for you!
ReplyDeleteDid you buy your theme from someone / did you put the photo on the background on another account like photobucket - that's the only thing I can think of that it disabled on their end - or the link is old.
ReplyDeleteThe link is broken. If it's an image you put up there, you need to put it back. If it's a design, contact the designer you bought it from.
ReplyDeleteAlso...if your images are stored on photobucket, they have a tendency to drop. My entire blog dropped last year or the year before, all my sidebar images, etc. I switched everything over to IMGUR and source my HTML from there.
What steph said. I have had that happen before and it was because of photobucket.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if you could upload a new photo into Photobucket? I'm so sorry you're dealing with this, friend!
ReplyDeleteThe link is broken. Hopefully you are able to get it figured out.
ReplyDeleteI'm having the same issue...so weird! Contacting my designer but let me know if you've figured out a fix in the meanwhile.
