I'm loving that I was able to get my apartment back yesterday, and negotiated on the rent! Woohoo! Luckily the manager of my apartment complex was really understanding and sympathetic to the situation that I'm in, and no one had rented the apartment yet so I'm able to stay in my apartment, and for the first time in 4 years I won't be moving to a new place!
I'm loving that I was officially re-offered my job yesterday, and that my supervisor, principal and HR person were all really excited that I will be coming back next year. Although this means I'll have to come back to work in mid July (we're a year round school), it also means that I will have two weeks off in October to travel, two weeks off for Spring Break, and 3 weeks off for winter break! So, I'm also loving that I will be able to travel this year, and not worry about it working for someone else's schedule. It's all about ME and what I want to do, so I'm doing it!!I'm also loving that by staying at my current job, I'll be getting a pay increase for the first time since the first year of working in the school system (how sad is that?), along with a retention bonus! More money for travel and savings!!!
I'm loving all of the comments of support and positivity that all of you have continued to send my way. I've read all of them, and taken all of them to heart, so thank you for taking the time to check on me and send some love my way :)
