WILW and Oh, How Pinteresting!

Happy Wednesday, friends! I had a dream last night that it was Friday morning, only to wake up and realize that it's actually Wednesday. So, despite that disappointment, at least I have two fun link-ups to participate in.

I'm loving that there's only 16 more days until MG and I leave for Punta Cana for a long weekend! After what feels like 1000 straight days of cloudy skies and/or rain, and a lot of stress at work, I'm looking forward to this warm-weather getaway to relax and spend time with my dude :)

I'm loving that we are also doing a Happy Hour cruise around the Potomac tonight. It's an hour and a half long, with drink specials, and hopefully some good weather (keeping my fingers crossed on this one considering it looks like the end of the world outside right now).

I'm loving that I got a bunch of games delivered from a DonorsChoose project that I had posted. (If you don't know what DonorsChoose is, check it out--it's a great way to support teachers) My kids LOVED the games that I had gotten and I definitely had a great day overall with kiddos yesterday. Definitely hoping that that continues into today!



I'm loving that I got my Fall Frenzy gift from Rachel yesterday in the mail. It was chock full of all kinds of goodies and I was SUPER excited to get it! I'm hoping she gets hers and likes it as well! (I must admit, I've already torn open the Sour Patch kids, Rachel! haha)

Super cute fall/winter decor. And I LOVE lanterns so this is right up my alley!

A little dose of sunshine since we are sorely lacking it here in DC lately.

    So I was dreaming about the ONE day I have off on the 14th. Terrible. I need a full vacation. um...can you make sure you bring me back something {good} from your vacay?! and you KNOW that I LOVE that put a pin on it pin. i'm so stealing that!

    My sister and I went to Punta Cana a couple of years ago and just LOVED it!! The beaches are gorgeous. Hope you have a great time!! :)

    I'm a Speech Language Pathologist in the DC area too!!! :) I work at Children's (for now). What school are you at? How do you like working for DC public schools? I agree the rain is killing me...at least today the sun was out! Hooray. :) I'm so jealous of your upcoming vacation!
