It's the Diamond Ultrasonic Toothbrush!
(Photo from Bling Dental website) |
The toothbrush and UV sanitizing station is a product from Bling Dental--pretty snazzy huh? I first saw this guy on a LivingSocial deal. The whole thing was regularly $219 (and it comes with everything you see above, including three toothbrush heads), but the living social deal was for something like $75 or $79.
MG had been raving to me about his electric toothbrush, telling me once he got his he was never going back to regular toothbrushes. And I had been going back and forth about getting one since I am a hard brusher--I brush really hard, and without even realizing it. My gums are showing some wear from it, and the electric toothbrushes are supposed to help reduce that.
So, I said, "Why the heck not?" After all, I've wasted 70 bucks on more stupid things before (Remember Hello Kitty sewing machine, that I still have yet to use?? Whooooopsie!).
The only thing that sucked is I waited like 2 months to get the dang thing (part of it, though--I think-- was that I dont think my order went through the first time I went to purchase on the website). But, it came yesterday!
Girls (and the few dudes who read this), this toothbrush is awesome! It has three settings: Whitening, Massage and Gentle. I used the Whitening setting last night and my mouth was all a-tingle for a little while after using it, and my teeth felt SUPER clean. I used it again this morning and it was great!
Another cool thing is that it has a 2 minute timer built in (which apparently is the recommended amount of time to brush your teeth)...and every 30 seconds it does a slight pause to let you know to move on to another 1/4 of your mouth. So, now I can go even more brain-dead while brushing my teeth!!! :)
It also has a UV station that apparently sanitizes and de-germs the brush head which I think is pretty snazzy! I'm not sure if it actually does anything, but a pretty blue light comes on when you put it in there, so if nothing else, my toothbrush head is getting its version of some sunshine! :)
So, if you're in the market for a new toothbrush, I TOTALLY recommend this guy!
Side note: in the midst of search for images to use in this post, I stumbled across "Tooth Gems"....
Phshaw! I'm sure you see 'GEMS' like those on the metro every day ;)!
ReplyDeletehah, i once knew a girl with a tooth gem. she got it because "all the girls studying abroad in germany got them." and you thought having lettuce in your teeth is bad!
ReplyDeleteLoving the LivingSocial shout out!! My good friend set that deal up... I'll let her know you're pleased ;) And I just got a Sonicare over the christmas holidays-- my favorite part is the two minute timer!! I don't know how I ever lived without it.
ReplyDeleteYou are the only legit reviews of this toothbrush. After googling for what feels like forever.. I found your site..
ReplyDeleteI hope you're still enjoying the toothbrush, cuz i'm about to buy it.
I bought my daughter this toothbrush, was supposed to be a Christmas present but it never came until January. She just told me the charger has stopped working. She has only had it 6 months and there is only a 60 day guarantee on it. Do I spend more money to get another charger or cut my losses. I think cut my losses is the best bet.
DeleteDO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!! I rarely feel the need to write a review on a business, but people need to know not to waste their money. Several problems:
Delete1. I had ordered the Diamond Toothbrush. It didnt come for about 6 weeks, and after several emails I was finally responded to and was sent....the wrong product (the teeth-whitening trays). After several more weeks and emails I was told to keep the trays (score!) and would be sent the toothbrush once they restocked. That didnt happen. They "forgot" to put my new order in and I had to write even MORE emails to get on the "next re-stock." It took months to get my toothbrush.
2. The teeth-whitening trays did absolutely nothing. I cant believe people would pay so much for this crap when you can see actual results with Crest strips, with less sensitivity to boot. ZERO effectiveness.
3. Back to the toothbrush: I finally received mine and after 7 months it is completely dead. At first it wouldnt turn OFF (hours of hearing vibrating noises) and now it has seen its grave, Considering they only have a 60 day guarantee, I am sure they knew what kinda crap they were hustling people for. My boyfriend has a similar electric toothbrush of another brand and has owned his for 8 years (with various heads of course!) with no problems whatsoever. DO NOT BUY THIS!!! Huge waste of money, not to mention mind-numbing-time-wasting conversations with their ditzy customer service.
Dear Kelly,

Its so interesting how much more responsive your "customer service" team is now that a bad review is posted where ppl can see it...
DeleteI bought a diamond care as well. And pretty much had the same exact problems as kelly did. It started malfunctioning after just months of use then just died altogether.. so when i got an email with another "sale" from them promoting their toothbrush, i decided to write to what they call their "customer service".
After telling them my short story of how my toothbrush lasted for just months, i was responded by basically being told they were sorry this had happened to me, re-informed me of the very limited warranty, pretty much told to "try my luck" and take another gamble buying their product again so i could have a new warranty, and then re-directed to the sales page !!
so i wrote them back saying that i felt they did absolutely nothing for me with their so called customer service team, and never heard back from them.
then a short while later received another promotion telling me to forward their deal along to my friends. i then wrote to customer service again and never got a response..
A bad review will be going up on my blog as well
i had the same experience trying to get my bling toothbrush (A real pain in the ass and months of waiting) fortunately however, once I finally did get it, it was great and i've been happy ever since.
DeleteYes, I'm still LOVING the toothbrush. You wont regret it! :)
ReplyDeleteThis just became available on LivingSocial for $69. Is it a good deal at that price? Is everyone still recommending this toothbrush?
ReplyDeleteThanks for your review! It's the best one I could find!!
Anonymous, sorry this is the only way I know to respond since you don't have a return email address to write to. YES I still love the toothbrush and 69 bucks is a great deal for it! I love mine!
ReplyDeleteFabulous!! Thanks, again, for the review. Guess I'll give this toothbrush a try!
ReplyDeleteOK so... I am going to get this toothbrush via the $69 Groupon deal that posted today. I was kinda leary because i think it's a bootleg Philips DiamondClean ... but just like you said --> i've spent 70 bucks on more "questionable" purchases! So what the hay!
ReplyDeleteI just bought the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean at Bed, Bath & Beyond. It cost $219 minus a 20% off store coupon and $30 rebate it cost about $145 compared to this product at $69. This product may be fine but I don't trust Bling Dental Products and their cheesy website. Any warrenty?
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if it came with a warranty or not, but it's been 3 months since I posted this review and I still love the toothbrush
DeleteIt comes with a 60 day warranty which i think is BS!! Yes, i love this toothbrush too BUT after 3 months the UV light stopped working and they wanted me to pay another $49 to replace it, more BS !! So as you can see I'm not a happy camper.
DeleteIf you go to http://www.blingdentalproducts.com/faqs/product-warranty-return-refund-policies you can read that they have a 1 year warranty
DeleteIf you go to http://www.blingdentalproducts.com/faqs/product-warranty-return-refund-policies you can read that they have a 1 year warranty
DeleteHave you used any other toothbrushes? I currently own a SoniCare with many of the same features that I bought for about $70 at a brick and mortar store. It's a couple years old now and doesn't seem to keep its charge as long or vibrate as vigorously. Plus the brush heads are more expensive than the replacements for this one. The Groupon Deal today is for $69, and I am trying to figure out if this is actually an upgrade from the SoniCare or if I'd be wasting my money buying an identical product. A lot of Groupon deals are extravagant discounts on prices ($230 in this case) that were severely over-inflated in the first place.
ReplyDeleteI haven't used any other electric toothbrush, but I really do like this one. My boyfriend who has a Sonicare I think, has said that he wishes he bought mine when it was on sale. The UV cleaner is a great added bonus I think, as well. I've been using it for 3 months now and would still recommend it.
DeleteHi Jenn,
ReplyDeleteI was looking at some pictures of the Diamond Ultrasonic toothbrush and can you tell me if there is a small gap/space between the area where the bottom of the brush attachment and the handle meet. I am afraid of a build up bacteria getting into that area.
Lisa
There is no gap there....might have just been a weird photo but it fully connect from base to the bottom of the brush. (Plus, you will be taking the head of the brush off to put it in the UV sanitizer, too, so no build up even if there was a gap...which there isn't). Hope that helped!!
DeleteHi Jen,
ReplyDeleteI was interested in buying this toothbrush but I was just concerned about buying extra toothbrush attachments. Where can I buy extra attachments, do you know how much they are or can I buy similar ones at the department store? Thank you!
Carmela
I believe all of the replacements have to come through the website. I'm still using the ones that were sent with the toothbrush so I haven't explored whether or not any other brush heads work with it.
DeleteI just bought this toothbrush from Groupon. I've used it 3 times already, and the only problem I have with it is that it turns off randomly and does not turn back on unless I put it back on the dock for a second. Have you had any problems with it?
ReplyDeleteNo, I haven't had that problem at all. It sounds like yours might be defective...I would contact the company about it because mine does not do that.
Deletemine does the same thing. I've had it 4 months. The company says too bad! 60 day warranty. TELL ME THEY DIDN't KNOW ABOUT THIS DEFECT! This makes it impossible to use in a 2 person situation as it's advertised. SCAMMERS
DeleteI bought this toothbrush and I think it is horrible. Like another person said, the price was over inflated because there is no way it is worth $219. There IS a gap between the brush head & base. It doesn't clean as well as my Oral B. I even see where whomever assembled my brush was using super glue or something & their fingerprint is on my toothbrush base! Disgusting in so many ways! This toothbrush is poorly manufactured and looks so cheap once you receive it. The only plus about this toothbrush is the UV sanitizer. I have wasted $69!
ReplyDeleteI completely agree! It is cheap and defective. Spend a little bit more and buy an Oral B or SoniCare.
DeleteAfter looking at the brush again, there IS a small gap between the brush head and the base, but it's not bad and as I said in an earlier comment, you take the brush head off and put it in the sanitizer so build-up doesn't happen. I do not agree that the brush looks cheap. It looks and feels like other electric toothbrushes (my boyfriend has an Oral B and it feels the same). I've been using mine for 3 months and I still like it, feel as tho it cleans well and keeps my teeth white. I still feel like it was worth the $69.
ReplyDeleteI'm debating on getting this toothbrush to replace our Sonicare electronic ones that have finally died on us. We love our Sonicare but I'm curious about this option. Sounds like you are very happy with it but I am leery of the fact that there are absolutely zero reviews or info on this thing on the web other then the companies website. Do you know of any sites that discuss this toothbrush that aren't affiliated with the company? I'd like to do a little research before purchasing. It's odd that nothing comes up under the name since you can Google just about anything and get more info than you can ever imagine with the exception of this product. I'd appreciate any sites you could direct me to since it sounds like you are pleased with yous and have had many questions from others just like me wondering about the product. Thanks.
ReplyDeletei agree that this is a great product. the gap some people have commented about is a non issue if you take brush head off and give base a rinse like you would with a regular toothbrush.
ReplyDeleteWow, you have inadvertently become the spokesperson for this tooth brush. its nice of you to answer everyones questions. Too bad that also means some people seem to think you are the customer service department.
ReplyDeletehahaha, very true!
DeleteI just purchased, bought 2 actually with living social deal! Never thought I would look forward to brushing my teeth!
ReplyDeleteWould not buy this toothbrush!! First of all the toothbrush is plastic as opposed to a more rubber like material like the Oral B. It constantly is clanking on your teeth and is not pleasant. Secondly I have received 2 defective products. When trying to use it in the second mode it shuts off completely. They sent me out a new one and this one does the same thing. Now I am being inconvenienced by having to send this defective one back before they will replace it again. Terrible customer service, I should not have to be inconvenienced for their defective product. After reading the other posts I can see I am not the only one with this problem. Save yourself the money....do not purchase this horrible toothbrush!!
ReplyDeleteat least you got replacements - they gave me the boot. When I asked them how they expect to keep a relatively new product in the market without standing behind it, they said that the product is not available on third-party websites so they are not afraid of reviews. I still cannot believe this.
DeleteI HATE this toothbrush!!! It's cheap plastic, it hardly rotates on your teeth (mine do not feel clean after) and if you open your mouth at all, it causes splattering all over (the mirror, in my case). I don't like the bigger brushes either for areas that are hard to get to. It's NOTHING like my oral B!!
DeleteEven though I paid less than advertised (the $69 through Social Living), it's still not worth the value. A waste of money because I won't be using it. They don't have a satisfaction guarantee..they said they do not handle used toothbrushes for sanitary purposes. I told them to use gloves like dentists do. ;)
Bottom line: don't believe the advertising...don't waste your money. Get an oral B or something else!
I ordered the Diamond brush with a Groupon offer. As soon as I placed the order and paid I received an email that they are too busy and it may take two months to receive the brush, which it did. Nevertheless, they took my money at the time of ordering.
ReplyDeleteI received the brush 2 months later and was quite happy with it. I liked the feeling and the timer and UV features. I didn't see any whitening effect but I didn't expect miracles. There is a gap and does get built-up because the bottom of the little bucket in the UV compartment is hard to clean even if you take it out and gathers all sorts of gunk.
The brush also only takes its own replacement heads so do take that into account.
My biggest problem: 7 months later the battery died. I called the company and they said "the warranty is 6 months so not our problem". I suppose it is my problem, indeed, for trusting a new product without any reviews. Now I'm stuck with a piece of junk that needs to be on the charger all the time to last for 3/4 of one brushing. Fortunately I held on to my 7-year-old Braun/OralB.
I am glad to have read this. Decided not to buy and just to bite the bullet and get a Sonicare.
ReplyDeletesame here. Amazon local deal in my city has it for 59 right now. I just bought a sonicare flexcare two days ago.I was thinking of returning it, but after reading this I have changed my mind. Sounds like my toothbrush is well worth the money after all and I don't have to worry about weather or not it will die on me.
DeleteAfter reading this blog and comments I am 100% sure that I was almost ordering a junk/garbage. I am glad I read all the way to the end.
ReplyDeleteI was considering purchasing this toothbrush (Diamond Ultrasonic Toothbrush by Bling Dental Products) but after reading these reviews I have decided that I will not purchase it. I have an oral b electric toothbrush that I had been enjoying, however my dentist has recommended I go back to a traditional toothbrush to keep my gums in great condition (electric toothbrushes can wear your gums, but are a good option for young children and people with arthritis who lack the dexterity for 'tooth brushing') - so I'll be sticking with that. Thank you for your honest reviews of this product.
ReplyDeleteThe whole point of electric toothbrushes is to NOT wear down your gums from brushing too hard. I'm not sure what your dentist is telling you, but that sounds like the opposite of every reason I've heard of for people to USE electric toothbrushes
DeleteI purchased mine off a living social deal about a month ago and have been loving it ever since. Somehow they shipped me two so I'm going to list one on eBay. I agree that after brushing, my teeth feel awesome. I was very sceptical but once I used it, I'll never go back to manual brushing again. I have receding gums and this brush actually works in preventing further receding. I think the previous poster's dentist was probably confused and meant those cheap rotating brushes you get or a few bucks don't help w/receding gums.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, thanks for the reviews and I absolutely recommend this brush as it seems my teeth are whiter, more healthy and I even find that I enjoy brushing. Cheers!
Thank you for allowing us to use your blog for reviews and comments! All of these posts from everyone are great information since there really isn't anything else on the internet about this company except their site. I probably won't be buying one due to the customer service level they provide (can never assume I'll be as lucky as you were!) but thank you none the less! :)
ReplyDeleteI want to buy it but I think they are website says something about them that keeps me away..but thanks for everyone's comments. I will pass..
ReplyDeleteLookn forward to getn mine.i hope customer service is better than what i heard on here.smiles4everyone
ReplyDeleteThe living social deal is a draw. But how much does it cost to keep buying the replacement heads. That is the catch.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your review of this product and for allowing so many comments ....even the rude ones! I will point out that the rude commenters were also the ones who complained of bad customer service. Sometimes you get what you give.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I am still deciding...but for $69 I'm not expecting a porsche...if it runs for 6 months that's good enough to tell me if I want to spend $200 for a higher end electric toothbrush! People spend $69 for dinner and a movie these days.
I got 2 of these on groupon. I like them, no problems! They clean your teeth great and i figure if I kept buying spin brush heafs, might as well try this. So far, so good but when it dies I will buy a better one.
DeleteI did LOVE my sonic toothbrush until it broke just less than five months after I purchased it. Just stopped working - kapput - guess what it only has a 60 day !!! Guarantee on it - so even though I paid $69 (through Groupon or Living Social - can't remember which one) I DID love it - now it's garbage. Sort of expensive for a disposable electric toothbrush, don't you think. Forget about Customer Service - all I got was...it's over 60 days since I received it - THE END
ReplyDeleteThanks, all, for taking the time to post!
ReplyDeleteI live in Mexico, and now realize it's not worth the risk of a defective product or bad customer service.
Cheers -
I ordered this toothbrush through Groupon. It arrived just a few days after I placed the order. Have only used it a few times but love the way it makes my teeth feel so clean. I do agree, though, that at times it "clinks" on my teeth and I worry that it might chip a tooth. But I will continue to use and will be interested to see if my hygenist sees a difference at my next cleaning.
ReplyDeleteAfter my Sonicare's 4 years of life, I got this toothbrush, and upon opening it thought it looked cheap. But I proceeded to use it. The heads have a softer, wider brush base than Sonicare, which is nice for my sensitive teeth--although I've also experienced more tooth-knocking than with the Sonicare. The 2-minute timer is the same as Sonicare's, and it goes together similar to the Sonicare with the same level of clean. But if you accidentally hit the 'on' button, you have to cycle through the 3 phases before getting to off. Not too big of a deal, but clumsy.
ReplyDeleteI've been using it for two months now, and a couple weeks ago I started noticing that the brush head is about 1/8" off of the base when I got done brushing--now it's about 1/4". I emailed Bling Dental about it, and this is where I was apalled: they are hiding behind their sales through Groupon / Living Social, to say that they cannot give refunds since my money went to Groupon and not them. Also, the cannot refund me because the toothbrush has clearly been used it would be unsanitary--hello! How would I know it would wiggle apart without trying it--Sonicare seems to be able to make a brush that moves at ultrasonic speed, without this problem. When the man called me and left a voice message, he said they would exchange it--but that's all.
I must admit, they did respond quickly--and I didn't have a delay in shipping at all. I just regret that I did business with this company (or, that Groupon did?) and that I bought an extra set of brush heads already. As soon as my last brush head wiggles off of the handle while I'm brushing, I'm going back to Sonicare.
ps--thank you for hosting this blog, Jenn! It would seem that this company has all but squashed any other way of consumers becoming aware of their shortcomings! :)
Almost 8 months later and your blog post is the only review I've found, other than a yelp review of their actual dental office, and a youtube video. I am thinking I will pass on this tooth brush and keep using my $1.99 one that lasts longer than the diamond had been for most people.
ReplyDeleteMaybe one day I'll look into an electric toothbrush again
Indeed, thank you thank you THANK YOU for this blog!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the reviews. I won't buy from a company that doesn't care about reviews and has poor customer service when problems happen.
ReplyDeleteactually I called the company with a complain and asked them out of curiosity about reviews. The representative told me with great pride that there is no place to find reviews other than their website!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteSo yes, thank you!
I found this toothbrush on Amazon under the name PURSONIC S450 DELUXE PLUS and got some pretty bad reviews. It retails on Amazon for $ 69. It looks like these toothbrushes are mass produced, then re branded and passed off as a boutique brush from a boutique dentist office. In conclusion, you buy cheap, you get cheap, and if it's too good to be true, then it probably is
ReplyDeleteI've had my Oral-B for close to 10 years....You can buy the replacement brushes at Costco or Amazon.
ReplyDeleteThe unit still works like a champ. Not too impressed with the Diamond feedback. I'll stick with mine - and I'll never go back to a manual toothbrush
For those of you who purchased thru groupon and aren't satisfied, I would contact groupon so they are aware of the poor customer service. Groupon has pretty decent customer service and they have refunded me in the past.
ReplyDeleteThis company is not very customer service oriented. They hide behind the idea that Living Social and Groupon are the culprits when something is not right. Yet they are the ones that ship the item and in my opinion should be responsible. They always defer to someone else and will not stand behind their products. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
ReplyDeleteIt's baaack! I received the $59 offer this morning from Google offers. I have a Phillips Sonicare, which the company promptly replaced when the first one died in the 1 year warrant period. I like it, but was tempted because the brush head will need to be replaced eventually at the same cost of the 'Diamond'. I appreciate the reviews. It takes time to post them, and to keep this site up is a public service. I decided to start using all the tooth brushes I get when I see the dentist, and keep using the Phillips product until it quits. It's fun to buy stuff, but the down side seems likely to bite in this case.
ReplyDeleteI bought my diamond I May and in Novermber it stopped working, I called customer service and they refused to replace it because it was after 90 days. The products works well but it's not worth it if it needs to be replaced in such a short time. Very disappointed
ReplyDeleteSame problem as other ppl. The Diamond toothbrush quits working.....don't waste your money. I could have applied the money I spent for this toothbrush for a Sonicare....my last one lasted more than 5 yrs.
ReplyDeleteGot this offer also on Living Social at $59. There are several reviews from users on Amazon.com, most say the same thing, cheap piece of junk that quit working within a few months. 2 great reviews that sound like they were written by the company.
ReplyDeleteHi Jenn,
ReplyDeleteConsidering that it has now been a year since you first started useing this tooth brush (some people said if failed after 6-7 months) and that it is now I deal on living socail again. Do you have any updates? Are you still useing this brush and is it still functioning correctly?
Thanks
Hi Jenn,
ReplyDeleteI'd like an honest answer also. It appears most people posting here are unhappy with the product. True, folks are more likely to complain when a product is bad than it is to rave about it if it's great. But I appreciate the comments here, they have a lot in common, gaps, snaps, broken UV, won't maintain a charge etc. The only consistent thing I see here is that no one has mentioned what the charge is for a replacement brush. It makes me wonder if the darn things last long enough to need one. I appreciate this site, it seems to be the only one on the web that addresses this product. I considered buying it, but think I will stick to the Sonicare brand. Mine lasted 8 years.
Jenn, are you paid to promote this product?
ReplyDeleteNo, I am not and have not been paid to promote the product. I'm not promoting it, actually, I just posted a review on it, and have answered questions, honestly, about my experience with it.
ReplyDeleteFunny how you never answered the last two questions regarding the quality and lifespan of your toothbrush. Even funnier still is your quick and defensive response to the accusation that you might be paid by the company. It sounded like something your typical sales rep would say.
DeleteSo, what is your opinion now that you've had it for some time?
Since this rude and presumptuous comment has been posted, I will post my response that I wrote this person, via email, as I do with most comments that have email addresses associated with them:
Delete"t's actually not "funny" because I have responded to people via email just like Im doing right now to you. To answer YOUR question I'm still using my toothbrush and I like it just fine. It hasn't given me any problems at all.
I'm actually a teacher, not a sales rep and don't have time to respond to every single comment on my blog when I respond via email to most people when they have an email associated with their comments. I invite you to look at other posts on my blog before assuming I work for that company.
I hope you have a nice thanksgiving."

ReplyDeleteThis Business is not BBB Accredited
Do not buy this! I had it, it slowly stopped workign within months after I bought it!
ReplyDeleteIt stopped working that fast? That's too bad. Do you know of a good portland dentist that sells brushes like that?
ReplyDeleteI bought two of these in the last year for at home and my winter home where I spend 6 months. Got mine through Groupon at great prices. HOWEVER.. try to log into their site to buy replacement heads - NO WAY DOES IT WORK.Then again maybe a good thing as I just bought another unit through Groupon for a gift at $49.95 BUT to buy 3 replacement brush heads from their site would be 29.95! Now wouldn't it be just as cheap to just buy a full new unit, that comes with brushes????
ReplyDeleteI bought three of the ultrasonic toothbrush systems. My husband and I share one (different toothbrushes of course), my son uses another and the third one I bought early to use as a Christmas gift. The two we are using worked great. It's been about a year. The third one I gave as a xmas gift and was told it didn't work. How embarrassing. I took it back and called Bling and was told basically to take a hike there was nothing they were going to do about it since it was over the 60 day warranty period. I still have it unused in a box (don't know why) possibly to remind me to not buy their products again. Very disappointed in their customer service. They are going to loose a lot of business with these reviews.
ReplyDeleteHi Jazzie Girl! I was curious about how long the toothbrushes lasted your family.
DeleteAnd do you or anyone else know where to recycle these?
Guys, do not buy their products!!!! I bought through LivingSocial the "Amazing Hydroflosser" and after waiting for about a month to receive it, it died after 12 uses!!!!! I submitted a request for refund to the company but doubt it that they'll honor it. These are cheap manufactured products sold at not a cheap price. You're better off buying from Target or any of the chain stores that have a return policy in case of malfunction.
ReplyDeleteLove this toothbrush! However have to keep on charger constantly, or it dies. Got as gift so no receipt or proof of purchase. Disappointed .......
ReplyDeleteVery disappointed. Not quality product at all. Don't waste your money on Bling dental products. Spend little more and go with Soniccare. Bling products are not quality and will not last. They have a terrible customer service department. It's a waste of money as the material and product is designed very poorly. Not recommended at all.
ReplyDeleteThis product stinks. It breaks down every 6-9 months. I would not buyit again. Very unreliable.
ReplyDeleteProduct stinks. Breaks down every 6-9 months. Hassle with customer service. Would not buy their product. Not reliable.
ReplyDelete
