It's Wednesday and since I missed out on the link ups last week, I'm jazzed to link up with Jamie and Michelle this week!
I'm loving the MG and I had an awesome vacay in Puerto Rico. Not so happy that it's over, but at least we have some great memories and pictures to keep us in that happy place!
I'm loving that I have a slight tan/glow going on, which was MUCH better than the pale, ghostly white I was sporting before. Don't worry, I didn't burn the crap out of myself--lots of SPF for this girl!
I'm loving that MG bought me some Easter flowers on Sunday and surprised me! I thought it was really sweet of him :)
I'm loving that I'm going to have a sangria date with my buddy p!nky tomorrow! Nothing like some girl time and yummy sangria :)
I'm loving that I'm going to get to see my little Nugget this weekend (MG's youngest niece). It's her birthday next week so we are going up to celebrate and to see the family since it's been 2 months since we've been up there. I'm not loving that my Nugget is getting bigger and turning 7. She lost one of her front teeth this weekend and I want her to stay small and stop growing up!
I'm loving that I tried a new recipe yesterday (courtesy of Shari's blog), black bean and mushroom enchiladas, and it was SO good. Picture below to make you drool:
As always, I'm loving Pinterest. I managed to not look at it once the entire week that I was gone (I know, you just gasped, didn't you??). But, not to worry, I've been making up for lost time since returning! :)
Lately, I've been pinning...
A little frame with tiny map hearts of all the places that you've traveled together. Since MG and I keep wracking up the list with our trips, I think this would be a cute idea for our place! |
I love everything high-low lately and this is RIGHT up my alley. Someone wanna buy me this skirt??? |
Orzo and Feta Stuffed Peppers This is gonna need to go on my To Make list, pronto! |
Amen. Or ANY baggage fees for that matter. #BitterTraveler |
tee-hee, just call me "Doctor Jenn" |
An adorable pup to round out the pins! |
What have YOU been pinning?
loving the last two pins. hahah. love the flowers from MG and have a fun date with pinky. la tasca? half price pitchers?
ReplyDeleteFlowers for Easter - too sweet!!
ReplyDeleteLove the pins, especially the quotes and outfit! I am now following you
I am making enchiladas for dinner tonight and am SO excited about it, lol! Is that sad? If they don't turn out good, I will be messaging you for the recipe for those black bean and mushroom ones. Yum! Drink some sangria for me, sweet friend! I like to joke with my husband and say that I am missing margaritas so badly, I'm thinking of packing the blender in my hospital bag, ha! But seriously, it will be nice to be able to indulge in an adult drink here and there after baby arrives:) Loving the pins - especially the puppy one, of course. And the wine one? Hilarious!
ReplyDeleteOrzo and Feta Stuffed Peppers look soooo good!!!
ReplyDeleteThose enchiladas look amazing and baggage fees are such BS. If I can lift a 55lb suitcase, a baggage handler should be able to as well!
ReplyDeleteok, the hearts map, thats happening at my house like THIS WEEKEND. so cute.
ReplyDeleteAlso, stuffed peppers? Don't mind if i do!
Have a super Wednesday!
Love your pins! I'm loving the map pins lately! We've also been racking up some places and I know we're going to need to do something with all of those little collectibles :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the shout out! I'm so glad you liked them. And those stuffed peppers look fabulous. Kind of remind me of these I made recently. SO good. http://www.dailydishblog.com/2013/03/orzo-pesto-salad-stuffed-tomatoes.html

ReplyDeleteAlso, gotta say I love the pin about the baggage fees- too funny!
