Workout Remix!

Hey party peeps!
I took a break from blogging yesterday cuz I was swamped at work (3 hour long meetings...gahhhh!) and I didn't really have that much to share. BUTTTTTTT, I'm back today and I have a fun post for you!

Have you ever gotten tired of your workout music? Or felt like you needed to find some music that helped to pump up your workout? I feel like this a lot, but yesterday I seemed to be hitting the ideal music for my run on the treadmill (and elliptical). I have two iPods, one is a super old one that I usually take to workout, and the other one is my iPod touch. Yesterday I switched it up and took my iPod touch and discovered that I really need to update the one I take on my workout cuz it had so much better music!

 So if you're in the mood to try a new playlist for your workout, here's my suggestion for a 30 minute (roughly) workout. They are great tunes that, for the most part, go with the rhythm of running...or, uh....elliptical'ing?

Here's what I listened to on my workout yesterday:

1. Move if You Wanna-MIMS (3:09) -Warm-Up
2. Boyfriend-Justin Bieber  (2:52)  
3. Till I Collapse- Eminem (7:08)
4. Good Feeling-Flo Rida   (4:06)
5. Party Rock Anthem- LMFAO (4:22)
6. Pass At Me-Timbaland featuring Pitbull  (4:10) *I ended up listening to this again on my walk back to my apartment*
7. Cheers (Drink to That)-Rihanna   (4:21) -Cool Down

Total Minutes: 30:08

  1. that is a great idea to have a playlist with a specific amount of time and if you aren't wanting to really work-out just tell yourself i won't stop until this playlist is finished!

  4. I like that mix! I always have a hard time finding the right music when I work out...I'm going to have to add some of those to my playlist!
