Crock Pot Cajun Tilapia Recipe

I have maybe the easiest meal ever to make for you. And, it's healthy and delicious! Win-win-win!
I saw this recipe when I was on A Year of Slow Cooking, and The Effortless Mom mentioned this option for the foil packet tilapia recipe (that recipe here)

Crock Pot Cajun Tilapia

What You Need:
-4 tilapia filets, thawed
-Cajun Seasoning
-salt
-pepper
-4 tbsp. butter

What You Do:

1. Leave the filets out to thaw for a bit so they aren't frozen. Lay out 4 pieces of tin foil. Sprinkle both sides of each filet with salt and pepper.

 2. Season each filet with the Cajun seasoning. Add a bit more than what is shown in this picture:
 3. Add 1 Tbsp of butter to the top of each filet.

4. Fold the foil for each filet. If you want steamed veggies with your meal, you can add a bag of frozen veggies in the bottom of your crock pot with a small amount of water (less than 1/4 cup).
Place the filets on top of the frozen veggies.
Be careful when you take the foil packets out of the crock pot, as they may be hot!!

5. Cook everything on LOW for 3 hours. Serve with veggies and rice.
Enjoy!
