I Confess....

This week, I confess that.....

......I'm a little bit sad that Bachelor in Paradise is over. I really enjoyed it--a lot more than Bachelor and Bachelorette seasons lately.

......I love proposals. Makes me all sappy :)

......I drove to work on Monday and as I got closer, I had a pit in my stomach

......I found an old bag of clothes  in my closet at home that I'd meant to donate well over a year ago #oops

.....MG and I both agreed to not spend anything on ourselves (clothes etc) or the house for the next month to try and save a bit

......it's not easy.
{via} Not quite THAT bad....:)
.....I haven't tried any new recipes in the kitchen lately, and I'm feeling like I need to soon

........I've been keeping a lot of people in my prayers this week

.....hearing one (or more) songs that you're loving at the moment on your drive into work can make the morning just that much brighter
{via}
........an impromptu hour long phone convo with your bestie can cure the worst of days (love you, Genna!)
{via}
....I can't look at the link-up at work because my work security has it filtered...because of the word "hump"

......I'm super excited for my friend Bree's wedding this weekend!!!

Happy Wednesday! :)

  1. I ALWAYS have to end my car ride on a good song...even if that means sitting in the parking lot for a couple of minutes or only hearing like 30 seconds of the song. I cannot end on commercials or a crappy song.

  2. I just got to spend some unplanned time with my bff and it really does help soothe the soul! Oh and the sing along songs don't hurt either!

  4. I started watching Bachelor in Paradise but I got so busy that I forgot to watch it. I might have to get caught up! We need to not spend this month, but it is SO hard.

  7. I'm totally with you on good songs brightening a morning commute! I used to play certain playlists that I know would pump me up, but having a favorite song come on the radio at random seems even better :)

  10. How funny that the word "hump" causes a block. It's certainly obvious what they don't want you to be doing at work LOL

    Hope the wedding is a blast :)

    I'll happily be late going into work for a good song on the radio.
